Governance and bodies
The highest governing body of the Association STRONGER TOGETHER Skopje is the Assembly of members that convenes, as a rule, once a year, but can meet more often if so required. The Association have a President and a Governing Board elected by the Assembly of members for a two-year term and a possibility to be re-elected
The President is the authorised representative of the Association, who chairs the sessions of the Assembly and the meetings of the Governing Board and signs their decisions.
The Governing Board consists of 3 to 5 members of the association, including the President. The Board is authorised to take decisions on behalf of the Assembly in the period between two sessions of the Assembly.
Members in the Association’s bodies are not compensated for their work.
The Association STRONGER TOGETHER have an Executive Office with hired professionals that is headed by the Executive Director and which ensures the implementation of the Association’s programme activities. The Executive Director is appointed by the Association’s Governing Board and is also representative of the Association under the law.
The Association applies double authorisation for all financial transactions.
